Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use — the end user licence agreement for Due Dot — govern your use of the Due Dot app and website. By using Due Dot, you agree to these terms. Due Dot is published by DholaSain; contact admin@dholasain.com with any question about this agreement.

Due Dot is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app downloaded from the App Store. Where the two disagree, Apple's minimum terms apply.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Due Dot on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, and you may not remove or obscure any notice inside it.

Use of the Service

You may use Due Dot only for lawful, personal, or internal use. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm other people or systems.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your selected login method and for the accuracy of information you store in the service. Guest mode is available, but guest data stays on your device's account until you intentionally create or link an account.

Due Dot Plus — subscription terms

Every feature works on the free plan. Due Dot Plus is optional and only removes quantity limits — nothing you have already tracked is deleted if a subscription lapses.

  • Due Dot Plus Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription. Length of one month per period, US$1.99 per month. Prices in other regions are set from Apple's and Google's price tiers and are shown in your local currency before you buy.
  • Due Dot Plus Lifetime — a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew and is not billed again.
  • What Plus unlocks — unlimited items, unlimited reminders, and unlimited photo timelines.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the portion of the period already paid for. Any unused part of a free trial, if one is ever offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies, not ours. Subscription status is delivered to the app through RevenueCat; see the Privacy Policy for what that involves.

Reminder Delivery Disclaimer

Due Dot tries to deliver reminders reliably, but notification delivery depends on device settings, operating systems, network conditions, and third-party services. Due Dot does not guarantee perfect or immediate reminder delivery at all times.

Content and Files

You are responsible for the files and information you upload. Do not upload unlawful material or content you do not have the right to store. You keep ownership of everything you add; you grant us only the permission needed to store and show it back to you.

Privacy

What Due Dot collects and why is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and Changes

Due Dot may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be added, revised, or removed without advance notice. If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with them.

Termination and Deletion

You may stop using Due Dot at any time. If you still have access to the app, delete your account from the Profile tab. If you cannot access the app, submit a request through the account deletion page. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription — cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Due Dot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
